Meredith has spent the last two decades working in hospitality marketing. In 2007, she co-founded bread & Butter, a nationally-recognized hospitality media agency with multiple offices across the US. She sold her partnership in 2020 and now serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Milkshake Concepts.

Deeply driven and inspired by this industry, Meredith is passionate about shaping the full DNA of a restaurant and what it takes to create the ideal guest experience. From identifying the brand voice to ideating programming and partnerships, to press placements, menu development and social media marketing—she’s adept at sustaining restaurant brands and setting them apart.
